Today is a travel day for all attendees traveling from outside EMEA and a chance for rest and recovery from your overnight trip.
*Check-in time is 3:00pm but you may store your luggage and freshen up in the spa locker area. Please note we understand everyone is arriving early on an overnight but most rooms will not be ready until check-in time. The hotel will be provided the flight manifest and will do their best with early check-ins.
Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!
Upon arrival, please use Uber to transfer you to the Pestana Palace and expense the cost of your trip.
Please note while in Lisbon, UBER is readily available, however Lyft is not available in Lisbon.
When selecting your pick up location please use "Terminal 1 Kiss and Fly". When you exit baggage claim please head to the right and up the escalators 1 level. At the top of the escalators please exit out of the doors directly to the left and cross over to the pick up location parking area.

9:00am - 11:30am: Networking Meeting: Required for all employees in attendance. We recommend eating breakfast in the hotel restaurant (included in your stay) around 8:00 AM and we will start the meeting at 9:00 AM. Location: Ajuda I+II

10:15 AM - 4:00 PM - Group Outing - Lunch in Sintra - Today will be a day to remember as you will head up to Sintra for a day of exploring the town of Sintra, a Palace experience & underground caves and wine tasting/lunch in an 18th century palace. Please meet in the main lobby at 10:15am for bus departures for Sintra, we recommend you eating breakfast at the hotel before we depart.
Tonight you will have your evening free once we return from Sintra!
