Absolutely! Achieving Axiom Circle of Excellence is not easy feat. It requires many long hours, and this incentive trip is as much about celebrating the people who support you in your pursuits, as it is about celebrating your accomplishments.
- Axiom has some guidelines in place regarding guest attendance:
- Guests must be 18 years or older. No one under the age of 18 is allowed onsite during Axiom Circle of Excellence dates.
- Attendees may extend the trip with children under the age of 18 before or after the incentive trip at their own cost.
- Guest should be non-Axiom employees. Exceptions can be granted following approval and discussion with Territory leads, CCO, SVP of Sales Operations and PAX.
- Though rooms are double occupancy, two queen beds cannot be guaranteed. Please notify the Axiom Circle of Excellence team prior to March 1, 2026 with any requests for a room with two queen beds. Understand this accommodation may be dependent upon room availability.
All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to registration. All registrations must be received by February 27th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the June trip.
All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel. Upon completing the registration, a representative from EGT will be in contact within 72 hours with several flight options and once selected, will be booked for you and your guest. We ask that you please do not book a flight on your own.
Executive Group Travel will manage the budget for each attendees flight. Any flights that go over budget, you will be held responsible for the difference and can cover that through Executive Group Travel.
All attendees coming from side of EMEA will have four sponsored nights. The official dates are arriving on June 1st and departing on June 5th. For those attendees coming from Europe, your approved arrival date is June 2nd.
You will be responsible to cover any flight changes after booking unless it is work related.
Please remember to fly into BCN (Barcelona International Airport).

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be your financial responsibility to cover any cost associated with the cancellation.
This is a casual trip. For the evenings events including the Awards dinner we recommend packing business casual clothing. A reminder to bring a pair of comfortable sneakers to explore Istanbul!
In June, the average temp is 80° Fahrenheit/26° Celsius.
Here are some recommendations on what to pack:
- Jacket or Fleece as the temps can drop at night
- Athletic (Comfy) Shoes to Explore Barcelona
- Business Casual Attire for Awards Night
- Credit Card - The hotel will ask you to provide a credit card for incidentals (additional charges such as spa, drinks at the bars on property, etc.). Please be aware they will put a hold on that credit card at check-in, then release the hold 24 hours after check-out. We recommend providing a credit card over a debit card, as the debit card will actually debit funds for the hold, then redeposit them after your stay.
To enter Spain and at check-in to the hotel, you will need to present two important things:
1. Valid Passport - The document must be valid until three months after your planned date of departure.

2. Credit Card: The hotel will ask you to provide a credit card for incidentals (additional charges such as spa, drinks at the bars on property, etc). Please be aware they will put a hold on that credit card at check-in, then release the hold 24 hours after check-out. We recommend providing a credit card over a debit card, as the debit card will actually debit funds for the hold, then redeposit them after your stay.
Spain has 220 volt electricity, meaning unless your computer or appliance is dual voltage or designed for 220 volts, you will need a converter/adapter. Most common electronics are dual voltage (laptops, smartphones, etc) but most hair dryers, electric shavers, and straightening irons are not.
Non-European travelers will need to use an adapter to plug in American-style plugs (two flat prongs) into European outlets (which take two round prongs). Same will go for all non-European offices.

- Please ensure you have logged your vaccination status on workday and completed an exemption request as needed.
- Exemption forms can be requested from me and requests are reviewed by PAX and Legal leadership who undertake a risk assessment as part of the review, to ensure we manage any potential risk to the health and safety of our team. If following this review, exemptions are approved, a daily testing protocol is put in place with the individual in advance of attending the event.

- Non-US citizens must have completed their primary vaccination dose (1 of 1 dose vaccines, or 2 of 2 dose vaccines) for approved entry into the US (further detail can be found here) and no quarantine is required.
- Please follow your own country specific laws regarding your re-entry to your home country following Club.
If you begin to feel unwell or display symptoms of COVID-19 while at Club please inform your Manager and me.

- You will be required to follow CDC guidance which is to isolate until you receive a Covid test result.
- If you test positive, you should inform me and your manager and follow CDC guidance to isolate for at least 5 days.
- PAX will be in touch with you to determine any close contacts, and will take next steps to inform anyone exposed to take CDC precautions (wearing a mask, watching for symptoms, test on day 6 following exposure)
- If you test negative, you no longer have to isolate.
The health and safety of all Axiomites remains a priority through these unusual times and we are trying to operate with the upmost care for you at all times. You are of course welcome to wear masks throughout the kick-off sessions and we recommend you follow best practice regarding hand washing hygiene etc.

The Majestic Hotel is not all inclusive.
Axiom has provided 900 EURO per winner via Clever Card to help defray the cost of food and drinks throughout the trip. Anything over the 900 EURO will be your responsibility.
**Reminder breakfast is included in your stay at the hotel**
Yes, Axiom will be providing airport transfers for all attendees arriving and departing on group dates to and from the Majestic Hotel & Spa.
For those arriving and departing outside group dates you will be on your own for airport transfers. Taxi's are easy and safe to use, the ride to the hotel is only 25-30 minutes, depending on traffic.
There will be two options.
1. Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
